Preparation and Packaging
OKRA is an independent design studio located in Shanghai, China. Everything is made, packaged and shipped in-house, please allow up to 5 business days for us to prepare your purchase prior to shipping. To cancel or change the details for an order, please notify us within 24 hours after placing your order at hi@okra.mu

Domestic Shipping
China, Hong Kong and Taiwan orders are shipped via SF express, and the expected transit time is 2-5 working days. The domestic shipping fee is $4.

International Shipping
We ship worldwide to selected countries. Please do not use P.O boxes as shipping address.

All international orders are shipped via DHL, FEDEX or TNT. The estimated transit time is within 10-15 business days.

Liabilities and Customs
We assure that your order will be packaged with the utmost care. However, we are not liable for lost or damaged packages that may occur during transit. Also, international packages may be subject to customs, duties or other fees that are calculated by certain countries. It's the customer's responsibility to pay all customs, duties and fees.


Refunds and Exchanges

Damage
Crystals and stones are like glass, if they fall they will break. It is the customer's responsibility to make sure they are handled with care.
If broken, repairs and refunds are accepted within 14 days of receipt. Please note that items that show damage or signs of wear will be subject to a 20% restocking fee.

Returns
OKRA jewelry are individually handmade, and therefore there will always be variations between pieces. Especially natural elements such as stones and crystals may slightly differ in their appearance than the ones on the product pictures. We always choose the most outstanding pieces and embrace the perfect imperfections of our natural materials. If you are still unsatisfied with your purchase, returns are accepted within 14 days of receipt.

Please note, that sales items are non-refundable.

Returned items must be in the same condition as when they were sent to you. Please first notify us via email at hi@okra.mu and include your name and invoice number with your return. Items need to be received and assessed by us to ensure they are in the original condition before a refund can be issued. Please note that shipping charges will not be refunded or reimbursed on return items.

International orders
We do not accept returns on international orders, as we can not reimburse international return shipping costs and custom clearance can take up to 8 weeks to return to us with duties implied. If you have experienced issues with the items you have received, please first contact us via email at hi@okra.mu.


Jewelry Care

Crystals and stones are like glass, if they fall they might break. It is the customer's responsibility to make sure they are handled with care.

Our jewelry is made of brass and will patina with age. To take the best care of your jewelry, do not place it in a closed and humid area and leave it outside of any jewellery boxes. Additionally, you may clean your piece periodically with a polish cloth if needed.

Please avoid applying lotions or sprays prior to putting on your piece, as it can discolor the metal.
